Disconnected

Lord this day I feel disconnected not knowing exactly what to do?
I know you have a plan for me something different something new

You have been preparing me for 40 years or so
What the plan is I would really like to know.

I need to know what you have to say
To comfort my soul with each coming day

I know you will tell when the time is right
According to your time, through your power and might.

You have given me many talents and gifts untold
And brought special people into my life for reasons not yet known

Desires of my heart I know you will give to me
According to your plan now through eternity.
